Italian Localization Expert

職務内容／Job duties As an Italian Localization Expert, you will work with Capcom's development teams and other members of the localization team on various projects. You will be responsible for producing top-quality Italian localizations for Capcom titles, and will report to the Localization Group Managers. Responsibilities: ・Translate text from English into Italian or check translated text to produce top-quality localizations ・Create and manage Italian language assets, such as glossaries, translation memory and style guides ・Tracking, evaluating and fixing linguistic bugs as required ・Provide feedback to Localization Directors on culturally sensitive issues ・Propose improvements to workflow process for optimal translation quality ・Attend voice recording sessions ・Work with other localization members on team objectives  応募資格／Qualifications Qualifications: ・A bachelor's degree is required for this position ・Native speaker of Italian ・Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English ・Have experience in game localization ・Ability to review, create and adapt processes to focus on efficiency ・Be able to work with a team ・Be competent in self-management ・Be able to follow deadlines ・Be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects when necessary ・Broad knowledge of current cultural sensitivities in Italian-speaking regions ・An interest and passion for video games and the game industry ・Japanese language ability is highly valued  待遇／Salary & Benefits ■Labor System / Working Hours 　Fixed Overtime Pay System（Standard working hours: 9:00-17:30） 　*Fixed overtime allowance (30 hours/month) 　*Overtime allowance will be paid separately if overtime work exceeds 30 hours. ■Compensation 　Determined based on experience and skills. ■Holidays 　・Saturdays 　・Sundays 　・National holidays 　・New Year's holidays (Dec 29 - Jan 3) 　・Annual paid leave 　・Refreshment leave ■Benefits 　We provide a comprehensive health and benefits package, as well as a fun and exciting work environment.   勤務地／Location Osaka
