Production Manager

職務内容／Job duties ・Build effective relationships between Japanese development teams and overseas production partners ・Assist team members of world renowned game franchises by advising and managing external creation solutions that drive multiple areas of game production. ・Eliminate language and cultural barriers by providing interpretation between Japanese and English speakers in various creative and business situations. Act not only as an interpreter, but become an active participant in production as necessary to complete projects ・Utilize knowledge of development pipelines and game markets to improve existing production techniques, workflows, and understanding of market expectations ・Translate, create, repurpose and rewrite production documentation (design documents, story materials, planning material etc.) for external partners in order to effectively establish quality standards and milestones ・Assist with contract negotiations and organization of milestones and schedules  応募資格／Qualifications ・Written and verbal fluency in both English and Japanese 　(TOEIC:900, JLPT level 1 recommended) ・Able to come up with effective solutions to international production challenges across varied disciplines and communicate them effectively to project members ・Proven ability to quickly solve or seek the solution to any problem in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment ・Ability to foster a positive and productive relationship with external partners ・Understanding of production pipelines including, audio, 3D scanning, mo-cap, art, etc. preferred ・Superior organization, communication and analytical skills ・Knowledge of marketing, game publishing, television, video, or other media production is a significant plus  待遇／Salary & Benefits ■Labor System / Working Hours 　Fixed Overtime Pay System（Standard working hours: 9:30-18:00） 　*Fixed overtime allowance (30 hours/month) 　*Overtime allowance will be paid separately if overtime work exceeds 30 hours. ■Compensation 　Determined based on experience and skills. ■Holidays 　・Sunday 　・Saturday 　・National Holidays 　・New Year's holidays (Dec 29 - Jan 3) 　・Annual Paid Leave 　・Refreshment leave ■Benefits 　We provide a comprehensive health and benefits package, as well as a fun and exciting work environment.   勤務地／Location Osaka
