Localization Director

職務内容／Job duties As a Localization Director, you will work directly with development teams on projects from beginning to end. You will be responsible for producing top-quality localizations for CAPCOM games, and will be expected to report to the head of Global Production. Responsibilities: ・Manage and coordinate with internal and external teams to create top-quality localizations in multiple languages ・Create and maintain a realistic localization schedule ・Advise on culturally sensitive issues ・Direct the localization of English in-game text, recording scripts, and in-studio recording sessions ・Oversee the external partners involved with localization ・Create workflows for translation, voice recording, and linguistic testing ・Work in tandem with other localization directors on large-scale projects while managing the workload and making creative decisions  応募資格／Qualifications Qualifications: ・Be a native speaker of English ・Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1 is preferred, but not required) ・Have experience running projects or leading teams ・Be competent in self-management and adhering to deadlines ・Have strong project management skills ・Have experience with outsourcing ・Have experience working in various facets of localization and production, such as the localization of in-game assets ・Have strong problem-solving skills ・Have a broad knowledge of the game industry and gaming culture in general  待遇／Salary & Benefits ■Labor System / Working Hours 　Fixed Overtime Pay System（Standard working hours: 9:00-17:30） 　*Fixed overtime allowance (30 hours/month) 　*Overtime allowance will be paid separately if overtime work exceeds 30 hours. ■Compensation 　Determined based on experience and skills. ■Holidays 　・Saturdays 　・Sundays 　・National holidays 　・New Year's holidays (Dec 29 - Jan 3) 　・Annual paid leave 　・Refreshment leave ■Benefits 　We provide a comprehensive health and benefits package, as well as a fun and exciting work environment.   勤務地／Location Osaka
