Chinese Localization Expert (Simplified Chinese)

職務内容／Job duties Responsibilities: ・Translate from both English and Japanese to produce top-quality localizations ・Proofread/Edit Simplified Chinese translations to ensure localization quality ・Provide feedback to Localization Directors on culturally sensitive issues ・Manage Chinese language assets ・Assist with Chinese voice recording preparation and recording sessions (Mainland Mandarin) ・Test Chinese assets in-game and fix issues  応募資格／Qualifications Qualifications: ・Be a native speaker of Chinese ・Knowledge of Simplified Chinese is a must ・Have a broad knowledge of Chinese game industry in general, as well as Chinese gaming culture in mainland China ・Business-level of Japanese proficiency is a must (N1 level) ・Be able to communicate in an English-speaking Environment is a must ・Good verbal and written communication skills in English is preferred ・Have experience in game localization ・Be competent in self-management ・Be able to follow deadlines ・Be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects when necessary ・High level of English proficiency is preferred  待遇／Salary & Benefits ■Labor System / Working Hours 　Fixed Overtime Pay System（Standard working hours: 9:00-17:30） 　*Fixed overtime allowance (30 hours/month) 　*Overtime allowance will be paid separately if overtime work exceeds 30 hours. ■Compensation 　Determined based on experience and skills. ■Holidays 　・Saturdays 　・Sundays 　・National holidays 　・New Year's holidays (Dec 29 - Jan 3) 　・Annual paid leave 　・Refreshment leave ■Benefits 　We provide a comprehensive health and benefits package, as well as a fun and exciting work environment.   勤務地／Location Osaka
