Localization Project Manager

職務内容／Job duties Responsibilities: ・Arrange, manage, and track progress of localization tasks (Text translation, LQA, overseas voice recordings, etc.) ・Formulate and manage localization cost estimates ・Coordinate external outsourcing procedures ・Cooperate and coordinate directly with devlopment teams ・English to Japanese translation and editing; various document creation  応募資格／Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: ・Have experience in project management using both Japanese and English ・Have experience in translation and/or localization ・Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English (JLPT N1, TOEIC 900 or higher) ・Have a basic knowledge of games and the gaming industry Preferred Qualifications: ・Have project management experience in game localization ・Have experience in outsourcing management ・Be competent in self-management and adhering to deadlines ・Have a deep understanding of games (Latest trends, platform differences, etc.)  待遇／Salary & Benefits ■Labor System / Working Hours 　Fixed Overtime Pay System（Standard working hours: 9:00-17:30） 　*Fixed overtime allowance (30 hours/month) 　*Overtime allowance will be paid separately if overtime work exceeds 30 hours. ■Compensation 　Determined based on experience and skills. ■Holidays 　・Saturdays 　・Sundays 　・National holidays 　・New Year's holidays (Dec 29 - Jan 3) 　・Annual paid leave 　・Refreshment leave ■Benefits 　We provide a comprehensive health and benefits package, as well as a fun and exciting work environment.   勤務地／Location Osaka
