職務内容／Job duties ポジション説明 Driving, Steering, Brakingシステム向けに、計測・キャリブレーション・データ処理ソリューションを提供する技術部門、ICA =(Integrated Calibration and Application Solutions product Group)の日本の責任者(Director)ポジションです。ドイツ技術部門責任者をレポートラインに持ちます。日本には20名程の技術者（FAE）が所属しており、これら日本技術メンバーの上位レポートラインの役割を持ちます。 職務内容/責任範囲 ・日本の営業組織と連携し、日本のTNS（売上）に責任を持つ ・日本におけるICA部門の製品、サービスクラスに対するビジネス責任 ・ドイツ本社と緊密に連携し、グローバル戦略に沿って日本の戦略を定義、実行する ・日本の顧客ニーズを特定し、ドイツ本社に対して顧客の声をフィードバックする ・日本の部門に所属するFAE、エンジニア、カスタマープロジェクトマネージャー、顧客技術サポート機能を統括 ・日本の部門所属員に対するPeople Management (採用、育成、評価、労務管理) 担当製品 ・データ収集・分析・適合支援ツール：より効率的でデータドリブンなソフトウェア開発に適した、車両データを収集・分析・適合するためのハードウェアおよびソフトウェアツール 製品群：INCA, ASCMO, EATB, INTECRIO, EHOOKS, ETK, EHANDBOOK, 各種ハードウェアモジュール Position Description This is a Director-level position for the Head of ICA (Integrated Calibration and Application Solutions product Group) in Japan. The ICA is a technical division that provides measurement, calibration, and data processing solutions for Driving, Steering, and Braking systems. This position reports to the Head of the German Technical Department. Approximately 20 Field Application Engineers are currently based in Japan, and this role will serve as their direct superior. Job Responsibilities / Scope of Responsibilities ・In collaboration with the Japanese sales organization, responsible for the TNS (Total Net Sales) in Japan. ・Business responsibility for ICA division products and service classes in Japan. ・Work closely with German headquarters to define and execute Japanese strategies in alignment with global strategies. ・Identify Japanese customer needs and provide feedback to German headquarters. ・Oversee FAEs (Field Application Engineers), engineers, customer project managers, and customer technical support functions within the Japanese division. ・People Management for members of the Japanese division (recruitment, development, evaluation, labor management). Responsible Products Data acquisition, analysis, and calibration support tools: Software and hardware for developing data-driven software. Product lineup: INCA, ASCMO, EATB, INTECRIO, EHOOKS, ETK, EHANDBOOK, and various hardware modules.  応募資格／Qualifications 【必須（MUST）】 ・自動車業界での勤務経験（完成車メーカー、Tierサプライヤ、ITソリューション・サービスプロバイダー、ツールベンダー等) ・グローバルに展開している企業、外資系企業での勤務経験 (英語を使用した海外支社・本社との協業経験） ・（3年以上）マネジメント(組織運営)経験：P＆L管理、People Management(採用、労務管理、評価等)を含む　 ・（5年以上）自動車業界での技術職経験：車載ソフトウェア開発、ECU計測・適合、MBD（モデルベース開発）、シミュレーションなどからいずれか 上記に加え、以下のうちいずれか１つの経験 ・（3年以上）技術営業／FAE（Field Application Engineer） ・（3年以上）ビジネスディベロップメント（製品導入支援、技術サポート、製品マーケティング活動、顧客要望のヒアリング、ソリューション提案等) ・（3年以上）製品マーケティング／商品企画 ・（3年以上）プロジェクトマネージャー ・英語?ビジネスレベル／日本語?ネイティブレベル 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・INCA等、ETAS製品を使用した経験 【求める人物像】 ・自動車業界のソフトウェア開発プロセスに対する造詣が深く、ICAの日本ビジネス拡大に対してコミットし、積極的に取り組んで下さる方。技術的知見を持ち、かつビジネス志向の強い方を希望します。 ・多様なステークホルダー(顧客、日本の営業等各組織、ドイツ本社等)と緊密に連携・協力することを厭わない方。 【MUST】 ・Work experience in the automotive industry (OEM, Tier supplier, IT solution/service provider, tool vendor, etc.). ・Work experience in globally operating companies or foreign-affiliated companies (experience collaborating with overseas branches/headquarters using English). ・(3+ years) Management (organizational operations) experience, including P&L management and People Management (recruitment, labor management, evaluation, etc.). ・(5+ years) Technical experience in the automotive industry in any of the following areas: in-vehicle software development, ECU measurement/calibration, MBD (Model-Based Development), simulation.
