Field Application Engineer (MBD Tools)

職務内容／Job duties 顧客への提案/コンサルティングを含んだ技術サポート 1) 顧客が抱える課題を理解し解決策を提示する 2) 顧客への製品説明、デモ、質疑応答を実施する 3) 製品を評価/導入する顧客への技術サポートを提供する 4) 既存顧客に対する技術サポートを提供する 5) 営業部や国内外の関係者と連携し、セールスチャンネルの開発や今後の商品企画への反映を行う Technical support including proposal and consultation for customers 1) Understand customer's problem and propose possible solutions 2) Technical Q&A for potential customers 3) Provide technical support for customers who evaluate / deploy the products 4) Provide technical support for the existing customers 5) Develop sales channel / reflect in future product planning by working closely with sales department / domestic and foreign stakeholders   応募資格／Qualifications [必須要件] ・ 理学、エンジニアリング系の学位または同等の学歴 ・ 組み込みシステムに関する全般的な知識／実務経験 ・ 顧客に対するプレゼンテーションの経験 ・ 顧客へのオンサイト技術サポートの経験 ・ ネイティブもしくはビジネスレベルの日本語スキル（JLPT N1) [歓迎要件] ・ 自動車業界での実務経験 ・ MATLAB/Simulinkを使用した実務経験 ・ C言語/VBスクリプト/Java Script/Pythonの知識、経験 ・ ビジネス英語 (TOEIC 700点以上) [Mandatory] ・ BSc/MSc in science, engineering, or an equivalent education ・ Experience and knowledge in embedded software development ・ Experience in the presentation to customers ・ Experience of on-site techincal support for customers ・ Native or Business level in Japanese (JLPT N1) [Preferred] ・ Experience in Automotive industory ・ Experience of MATLAB/Simulink ・ Experience and knowledge with C language/VB Script/Java Script/Python ・ English skill for business (TOEIC 700 points or more)  待遇／Salary & Benefits 給与条件：経験、前職給与、弊社内基準を考慮して決定します 給与改定：年１回 賞与制度：業績賞与制度有（決算期12月） 残業：有 勤務時間：始業9：00　終業18：00　 　　　　　フレックス制度有　コアタイム11：00-15：00 　　　　　リモートワーク制度　有 休日・休暇：完全週休2日制（土日）、祝日 　　　　　　創立記念日（10月）、夏季休暇3日、年末年始休暇（6日） 　　　　　　有給休暇（2年目より20日付与）、慶弔休暇　等 　　　　　　計画的年次有給休暇付与制度　有 福利厚生：通勤手当支給（当社規程による） 　　　　　社会保険完備 　　　　　確定拠出年金、退職年金制度（キャッシュバランスプラン） 　　　　　会員制福利厚生サービス　等 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　   勤務地／Location ETAS本社（横浜市西区みなとみらい）
