The division provides basic software, middleware, and configuration tools that enable cybersecurity and SW/HW abstraction. The position reports to the Head of Engineering at headquarters in Germany. Several Field Application Engineers are based in Japan, and this position serves as the primary reporting line for these technical members Job Responsibilities / Scope of Responsibilities ・Collaborate closely with the sales organization in Japan and take responsibility for the regional TNS (revenue) of the Vehicle Software Platform division． ・Full business responsibility for all product and service classes within the Vehicle Software Platform division in Japan. ・Work closely with German headquarters to define and execute Japanese strategies in alignment with global strategies. ・Identify Japanese customer needs and provide feedback to German headquarters. ・Oversee FAEs (Field Application Engineers), engineers, customer project managers, and customer technical support functions within the Japanese division. ・People Management for members of the Japanese division (recruitment, development, evaluation, labor management).
