Job Summary:
This position is for Global Communication Center(GCC),which will be newly created inside Global Business Division in 2025. ChargeSPOT operates business globally through direct and franchise models. As part of our company value to
¡ÈACT GLOBAL¡É, our regional teams work closely to share business success and resources. As an Associate or Senior Associate in GCC, the candidate will be an instrumental member of our global team and will be required to interact closely with external and internal stakeholders to grow our businesses globally.
Objectives of this role:
¡¦To maximize our business opportunities for our global businesses.
¡¦Act as global communication hub to find and create business synergies between
different regions.
Expected role and responsibilities
¡¦Build and maintain close relationship/communication with key contacts
(subsidiaries and FCs) to properly understand their expectations relative to
products, services, operations, related support, timeline, costs and etc.
¡¦Identify and handle opportunities and/or potential issues and/or tasks and/or risks
and take initial actions based on the findings and appropriately communicate and
escalate with Account Owners and/or superiors as needed.
¡¦Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
¡¦Maintain and update the internal record (such as KPI tracking, Internal databases)
¡¦Facilitate internal regular meetings.
¡¦Provide administrative support to Account Owners as required.

Requirements
¡¦Bachelor or Master Degree
¡¦Minimum 3 years business experience (international business experience is plus)
¡¦Excellent communication capabilities with internal/external stakeholders.
¡¦Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records (basic analytical skill is plus)
¡¦Proficiency in using business related software including spreadsheets and
presentation tools.

Working hour
¡¦Standard working hours¡§9:00 ~ 18:00
¡¦Full flex time system¡§No core time. working between 7:00~22:00. Only attending the morning assembly at 10am every Monday is a general rule.)
