MARNI Marketing & Communication - Press Staff

職務内容 -Sample arrangement, Pick up/Return arrangement, Sample schedule adjustment -Daily showroom maintenance -Report to head office -Arrangement of Press Materials, Press Release, Showroom Preparation -Support for events (Press sample sale, Store event, Milan collection) -Arrangement of press presentation and press day -Manage magazine listings, daily clipping and communicate with office stores -Support the team of Marketing & Communication in building a 360-degree marketing strategy aligned with key global and local communications priorities -Support the team of Marketing & Communication in ensuring all Marketing & communication / activities are consistent with company guidelines and brand integrity both internally and externally -Line account arrangement -ブランド（MARNI）のサンプル手配、貸し出し手配、スケジュール調整 -日々のショールームの維持管理 -本国へのレポート送付 - プレスマテリアル、プレスリリースのアレンジ、ショールームの準備 -イベントサポート（プレスサンプルセール、ストアイベント、ミラノコレクション） -プレスプレゼンテーションとプレスデイの取りまとめ -掲載誌リストの管理とオフィス・ストアへのコミュニケーション - Marketing & Communicationチームにおけるグローバル・ローカルのプライオリティに沿った幅広いマーケティング戦略構築のサポート - 社内外においての活動が、会社ならびにブランドのガイドラインと完全に一致するようチームのサポートをする - LINEのアカウント管理  応募資格 -Over 2~3 years of press experience in the fashion industry (luxury brand is a plus) -Enthusiasm for our brands -Deep knowledge of social media is a plus. -University graduate or above -Business level English -Japanese natives -PC Skills: Excel (V Look, Pivot), Word, Power Point -ファッション業界における2年以上のプレス経験 （ラグジュアリーブランド尚可） -当社取り扱いブランドへの熱意 - ソーシャルメディアの深い知見がある方尚可 -大卒以上 -英語力（中級以上。スピーキングよりも翻訳力重視） -日本語ネイティブの方 - パソコンスキル：エクセル(V Look, Pivot）、ワード、パワーポイント  待遇 ●休日：土日祝 ●夏季：8月12日〜16日　冬季　12月29日〜1月3日　 ●勤務時間　9:30〜18:30　休憩1h ●試用期間　3ヶ月　　　※契約社員雇用の場合：なし ●固定残業手当：支給あり　 実際の時間外労働の有無に関わらず固定給残業代として支給。 20hを超える場合は、別途残業代支給   勤務地 東京都渋谷区恵比寿 Ebisu ※所属　株式会社マルニジャパン
